Antonov An-72 "Coaler"
Who said you can not arm a transport aircraft! Above is an Antonov An- 72 NATO code name "Coaler" armed with wing plyon / S-8 unguided rocket pods and a GSh-22L 20mm Cannon fuselage mounted pod. It was reported by our sources in Peru that the Peruvian Air Force at one time considerd arming their four An-72 during their boarder conflict with Ecuador in 1990's in the similar configuration as shown.
